Key Personnel Information
Kevin Preblud is the President of Service Solutions. His roles are varied and include vision, direction, customer relationship, and corporate governance. He directs key management and is involved in inspection and quality control. He cultivates new business opportunities through property management companies, stake holders, property owners, and numerous other direct sources. Mr. Preblud further enhances the success for the company by monitoring and nurturing our existing clients. The ultimate success for any company is satisfied clients who continue to do business with us, as well and provide future referrals.
Kelly Shannon is the Director of Operations. He has been involved in commercial janitorial for over 15 years. He is the former owner of a Service Master Janitorial Franchise. Mr. Shannon is directly involved in all of Service Solutions accounts. He is responsible for the overall operations of all sits and oversees and directs the supervisory staff.
Jo Lynn Hood is the Business Manager. She is responsible for all back office items, including accounting, information systems and human resource issues. She has an extensive knowledge of systems and has developed proprietary inspection tracking software for use at Service Solutions.
Hector Quevedo spent 5 years with ABM before joining Service Solutions. He is currently the Senior Area Manager for the RTD Downtown facilities and offices. He is also the supervisor for our multiple Cherry Creek School sites and other high profile areas in Denver.
