Service Solutions has created a Quality Assurance Program to protect you, our client. Below are the steps we ensure are completed on every job site.

Do The Work: Do it right the first time...Every time!

Inspection: Self-inspection, Supervisor inspection (QCI Inspection forms), Manager Inspection, and Customer inspection with Manager as desired.

Communicate: On site visits, E-mailed results of inspections (QCI), and phone contacts.

Modify: Modify procedures where needed to increase effectiveness, Re-train cleaners - make personnel changes if necessary and modify task list to meet expectations where appropriate.

Quality Assurance Score: Service Solutions Inspection + Customer Inspection = Quality Cleaning Indicator (QCI)
